I hope everyone had a good time last night. We played very well and held one of the best teams in the league to only one big inning.
Highlights included:
Debbie throwing off the mask to make a Mauer-like catch in foul territory.
Jake handling probably the hardest hit grounder of the season in the first inning.
Jenny's two RBI triples.
Pete's almost-home-run.
Sterling defense by our Ps.
Debbie's beer bringing.
Lowlights included:
A weird, lumpy infield.
A weird, lumpy outfield.
Terrible lighting.
One of your co-managers jumping out of the way of a ground ball.

Yes, that was a nice hit. And Noah made a nice grab on that popup at third. And Molly nicely avoided getting smashed in the face with the throw coming out of the lights.
